Jay has spent more than 15 years as a graphic design and multi-media artist and creative director at Maritz Communicationin St. Louis. In 1994, he opened his own company to serve corporate and
production company needs. Creative focus, video storytelling, and
motion graphics are his strong points.
Sometimes its the simple things that are the most fun. Start with a good still, mix in some motion tracking for a logo element, animate six layer of clown fish and sprinkle lightly with effects. Finally try to make a tutorial out of it and spend three times longer on the tutorial than the project. Thats just what happened to CreativeCOW member Jay Thompson.
