Des
Owen runs a UK based software company specialising in state-of-the-art
clinical decision support products running in several languages. Des is
also the chief designer and developer of the software and came to the
DV world when the company needed to produce in-house product demo
videos. Des is a keen user of Canopus and Adobe products and also has
thirty years experience as a semi-pro singer-songwriter. Des now has
his own digital video and music recording studio in the sleepy
countryside overlooking the river Conwy in north Wales, UK. Des has
also published work for Wrox Press and still enjoys contributing
columns on a regular basis in the UK.
