"Wayne Orr is one of the users that we've watched over the years and wished we could have him on the Cow Team," says Creative Cow director, Kathlyn Lindeboom. "He's
one of those people who is quick with an answer and often adds a level
of knowledge that comes from his broad and deep range of experience --
yet, he is never one to be arrogant or rude. He's a great guy and Ron
and I have wished that he would join the Cow Team and he's finally come
aboard. To say that we are really delighted with this would be an
understatement."
Wayne
is a six-time Emmy Award winning camera operator with strong video
background, and more recently, heavy film work. Wayne has also won the
prestigious Society of Operating Cameramen Lifetime Acheivement Award
Wayne
has created some pretty spectacular music videos as well, as can be
seen at his website (see link above). One video which he did of
classical Japanese drum ensemble, Taiko Dojo, was shot on the main
scoring stage at George Lucas's Skywalker Ranch in Marin, California.
Wayne Orr handled the lighting, photography, direction and editing. He
says that he "...also made the coffee, catered the lunch, swept the
stage and, if you can believe it, created the thousand year old art of
Japanese drumming."
