Born and raised in midwest USA but not limited to the USA. I have been a world traveler for for 20 years and circled the globe 3 times including a transatlantic crossing via sailboat. The adventurous spirit inpired a love for art and different cultures.
My chosen career (many,many years ago) was Engineering, it didn't work out that way though. As things go, my A/V career began by osmosis. A friend was enrolled in Columbia College (Chicago) in 1990. We worked on his homework together. Funny as life is, all the learning stuck with me and he ended up being a car salesman. The rest is history, with the past 14 years in audio visual. I've been using Pinnacle products since 1999. When Liquid 6 was released and included HDV support, I quickly became versed in HDV delivery and workflow managment and am an advocate of the format.
Currently living/working/producing just outside Chicago Illinois, I operate SZN89productions, a production company that specializes in commercial and corporate audio and video. Our audio producers (Les Johnson and Carlos Cannon) are top smooth Jazz talent in Chicagoland..
