Jeremiah Hamilton

A first Nation Cree from the Cowessess reserve in Saskatchewan, Jeremiah Hamilton has been working in postproduction for more than seven years.
He moved just south of Montreal at the age seven, only two years before he was diagnosed with severe dyslexia. He over came his dyslexia and graduated from high school. He then decide to go out west in search of adventure and his roots.
Soon after arriving out west, Jeremiah was hired on production crew, which was working on a documentary, even though he had no experience in the field. After finishing work on the documentary he wanted to know more about the industry, so he enrolled at Grant Mac Ewan College and soon after graduated.
After a brief period in print, Jeremiah became a lead editor on a live to tape show for the APTN network called Saturday Night @ the rising sun café. Working on a live to tape show most of his duties dealt with the postproduction, were he develop and perfected his skills as a motion graphic designer. This further pushed his career in the direction of television and film production.
At the age of 25, Jeremiah has worked with the Tragically hip, Nickelback, Yahoo and the Golf Channel etc…
Now his owns production company called TRKIDS PRODUCTIONS INC and has move back to Montreal area in search of a larger market. Jeremiah is always willing to help the new comer in the industry, In any way he can. This is why he has become a leader of the Motion Graphic Montreal Forum.
