Zax Dow is the President of Zaxwerks. Zax had 15 years of experience in broadcast and film graphics before turning to the software side and developing tools for the graphics industry. He taught 3-dimensional computer graphics at the American Film Institute in Hollywood for 5 years and has taught workshops all over the world. In 1999 he released the 3D Invigorator plug-in for After Effects which quickly became the standard program for creating 3D title and logo graphics. His Zaxwerks ProAnimator software was recently awarded Best Animation Program of 2005 by Videomaker magazine.
